ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The 62 m² apartment has been designed with comfort and space in mind, and its location by the sea, in direct vicinity of a park, makes it an ideal place for relaxation for up to 5 people.

• The spacious living room is maintained in an elegant, light glamour style. The central point of the room is a large, navy sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or as an additional sleeping place. Above the seating area hang decorative chandeliers with crystal elements, creating spectacular light reflections. On the wall there is a large TV with access to TV channels and Smart TV functionality, ensuring comfortable viewing of your favorite programs.

• The terrace is a private relaxation area equipped with two comfortable folding armchairs and a table, creating an ideal spot to relax outdoors.

• The kitchenette is designed in a modern, minimalist style with predominance of white and golden accents. It is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as numerous cabinets providing convenient storage. The bright countertop and under-cabinet lighting give the interior a sense of cleanliness and elegance. Right next to it is a stylish dining table with chairs featuring golden elements, creating a cohesive space for shared meals. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices has been prepared.

• The master bedroom is furnished in a calm, luxurious style. The central element of the room is a wide 160×200 double bed with a soft upholstered frame and headboard in a deep navy color. Built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space, while maintaining the aesthetic consistency of the interior.

• The second bedroom is kept in light colors with subtle decorations inspired by seaside motifs. There is a 120×200 bed, perfect for one or two people. The room is cozy and functional, with storage space and decorations that create a calm, holiday atmosphere.

• The bathroom is finished in a modern style featuring mostly white marble and golden accents. It includes a spacious rain shower, a sink with a large mirror and cabinet, as well as a washing machine hidden in a built-in closet. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall.

The terrace features a unique viewing terrace, from which you can enjoy a panorama of the city with views of the Polsat Plus Arena and the Gdańsk Shipyard.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Bulvar apartment building situated a short distance from the sea, only a 10-minute walk to reach the beautiful sandy beach of Gdańsk. The building’s immediate surroundings include President Ronald Reagan Park, an ideal place for cycling trips and long walks. Nearby, you will find all kinds of shops, and a bit further away the Przymorze Shopping Gallery.
