The Jelitkowski Dwór Apartment is an excellent choice for families and groups of friends who value space, comfort, and proximity to the sea, while also wanting to enjoy the charm of a quiet, green district of Gdańsk.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A spacious and functionally designed apartment of 105m2 area offers a comfortable stay for a larger number of guests. It is intended for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.

The central point is a bright living room with a large, pull-out sofa, a TV with cable channels and Smart TV, as well as a dining table where you can share a meal or work together.
From the living room there is an exit to a balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Next to it is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with at guests' disposal a oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and a set of necessary dishes and accessories allowing free meal preparation. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

The apartment has three separate bedrooms:

The first bedroom with a comfortable double bed, spacious wardrobe, and chest of drawers, providing comfortable rest and plenty of storage space.
The second bedroom with a pull-out sofa and a designated workspace, ideal both for sleeping and remote work.
The third bedroom with two separate children's beds. There is also a projector and toys for children.
Guests have at their disposal an elegant bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet, bathtub, and shower cabin, which allows comfortable use of both a quick shower and a relaxing bath.
Additionally, the apartment has a separate toilet with a washing machine, significantly increasing comfort for longer stays.

The apartment is located at Jelitkowski Dwór Street, in a quiet and green part of the Jelitkowo district of Gdańsk. This is a unique location combining the proximity of nature with easy access to city attractions. Nearby stretches Jelitkowo Park and a seaside green belt, ideal for walking, running, or family relaxation. The beach and promenade along the Gdańsk Bay are within walking distance, making the apartment an excellent base for summer seaside holidays. The area features numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and service points, as well as public transport stops, providing quick access to the center of Gdańsk, Sopot, and other parts of the Tricity.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator.
