The Downtown Apartments apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel standards and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow‑white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory toiletries set consisting of shampoo, a gently scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. It is air‑conditioned, stylish, comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed and a spacious wardrobe in a separate sleeping area, a sofa bed and a TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course there is also a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a pleasantly arranged balcony — an ideal place for a morning coffee or an evening drink.

The Nadmotławie A41 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The Old Town is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Although the surrounding area is only just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will still be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's tenement houses. 

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and attractive appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of the area is included in the price of the apartment.
