Nadmotławie Estate 39 o powierzchni 37m2 is a modern studio apartment designed with the comfort and convenience of up to 4 adults. Bright interiors, natural materials and a coherent color scheme create a pleasant space conducive to rest and relaxation.

• Living area is equipped with a comfortable, fold-out sofa with a sleeping function and a flat-screen TV, Smart TV and cable television – an ideal solution for relaxed evenings. Right next to the sofa there is a designer hanging cocoon, which is not only an impressive decorative element but also a unique spot to relax with a book or a coffee.
• The apartment features a comfortable sleeping area offering a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and an additional TV with Smart TV function, providing privacy and convenience during your stay.
• The modern kitchenette is fully equipped and allows for easy meal preparation. Guests have at their disposal a induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils. The functional kitchen island also serves as a place for dining or remote work. A welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is prepared on arrival.
• The apartment has direct access to a private, fenced and furnished terrace with a garden, which is an ideal place for morning coffee, relaxation after an eventful day or a moment of respite in the open air.
• The elegant bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, basin and toilet. Guests also have at their disposal a washing machine, hairdryer, hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries, which ensures full comfort even during longer stays.

The apartment is located at Sienna Grobla 8 in Gdańsk, in an attractive and rapidly developing part of the city center, right on the Motława river. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and service points, allowing you to fully enjoy the charms of the city without the need for long commutes.

Within a few minutes' walk you can reach Ołowianka Island with the AmberSky observation wheel, as well as the vibrant Old Town with the Long Market, Neptune's Fountain, historic gates and numerous cultural institutions.

On the premises there is a pleasant, greened communal terrace. An additional advantage of the apartment building is the shared area of the building, which includes a free gym, children's playroom and a sauna available for an extra fee.
