SPA 11 | Sauna, Jacuzzi, Pool and Gym

Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

SPA 11 is an incredibly comfortable apartment located in an equally comfortable apartment building. Its distinguishing feature is a functional and fully accessible SPA area consisting of a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool. The building is located right next to the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town.

The apartment is designed for a maximum of four people, but a couple will feel the full comfort. The swimming pool, underground parking, and incredible location are not all the positives. A huge asset is also the several dozen meters rooftop terrace offering an amazing view of the Old Town and its surroundings. This place is also an ideal sunbathing area. The building's height means that being there, you are much closer to the sun.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is intended for vehicles with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters, and height of 1.75 meters.
