At Downtown Apartments we know perfectly well what it means to combine high quality with comfort of rest. A perfect example of this is our new apartment Granaria A212 located on the historic Granaries Island – in the very heart of Gdańsk.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The apartment is decorated in a modern, loft style, where the rawness of brick and metal combines with cozy, warm accents. The interior exudes character while promoting relaxation after a day spent in the city. The space has been designed for the comfort of up to 4 adults.

• In the spacious living room, the central place is taken by a sofa bed arranged opposite the TV with access to cable channels and Smart TV function. It's an ideal spot for evening relaxation with your favorite movie, and when unfolded, it can also serve as an additional sleeping place. The room is decorated with a brick wall that adds warmth and an urban character to the interior.

• Right next to it is a fully equipped kitchenette with a red retro-style refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave oven. The wooden countertop and high table with bar stools create a cozy dining area conducive to shared meals and coffee conversations. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices has been prepared.

• Bedroom is decorated in calm tones, featuring a large metal double bed and a spacious glass-fronted wardrobe that ensures comfort and convenience during longer stays.

• Bathroom impresses with an elegant combination of dark and turquoise tiles. A spacious walk-in shower, modern fittings, and a washing machine complete the functionality of this interior. For guests, hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared.

​IMPORTANT AMENITIES

There is an underground paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" in the building (5 PLN per hour), with availability of spaces depending solely on the parking operator.

​Next door, the building houses a swimming pool, sauna, SPA area and massage and jacuzzi paid 150 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required and must be made along with payment at the reception Prana SPA at the Radisson Hotel.​

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town tenement houses, and the historic Żuraw Crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting spot SASSY club.
