It is stylishly furnished, and the apartment layout ensures that everything is in its place. There is a comfortable double bed with a television opposite it. The dining area is a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs, which will easily provide comfort during a morning breakfast or any other meal. A separate room is the bathroom with a shower. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine needed for a comfortable, longer stay.  Additional space is provided by a balcony with comfortable furniture. The balcony is the perfect place for a morning coffee and an evening drink. The view is unique all day long — the river combined with the buildings of the historic Gdańsk Shipyard.

The Nadmotławie A49 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by a view of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children and a gym. Use of the area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter.
