Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, good-smelling gel, hair conditioner and body balm. Our guests' stay will also be made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a package of tea, coffee and basic spices.

SPA 52 is an incredibly comfortable, fully air-conditioned apartment, located in an equally comfortable apartment building. Its distinguishing feature is the functional SPA zone consisting of a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The building is located right next to the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town.

The apartment is designed for a maximum of four people, but a couple will feel full comfort there. The swimming pool, underground parking, air conditioning and location are not all positives. Another great value is the several dozen-meter-long terrace on the roof, from which there is an amazing view of the Old Town and its surroundings. This place is also an ideal sunbathing area. The height of the building means that we are much closer to the sun.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is intended for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons, a length of 5 meters and a height of 1.75 m.
