The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, right next to the Motława River and one of the most popular attractions in Gdańsk - the Museum of the Second World War. A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building consisting of a children's playroom, gym and work space. In order to emphasize the uniqueness of the location, a roof terrace was created for guests.
