Downtown Apartments cottages are the perfect combination of the right hotel class with the functionality of a holiday home. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of comfortable pillows for each Guest are standard. Our Guests' stay is also made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a package of tea, coffee and basic spices.
The Lake House is an ideal holiday home located right by the reservoir. It is designed for a maximum of 8-person family or group of friends. However, full comfort will be felt by 4 people, at whose disposal we have prepared 2 bedrooms - both are located on the 1st floor. One is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a dressing table, the other with two single beds with the option of extending to obtain another two beds and a chest of drawers. There is an additional toilet next to the rooms.
On the ground floor of the building we will find 2 rooms. The stylish living room is connected to a suitably equipped kitchenette - a spacious fridge, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, as well as all the utensils needed to prepare any meal. The next spaces are the dining area with a table and chairs and the lounge area with a sofa providing an additional place to sleep. There is also a TV with SMART function. A separate room is the bathroom equipped with a shower cabin.
Undoubtedly, the strongest point of our cottage is the incredibly pleasant, wooden terrace, from which we can admire the view of the lake, listen to the birds singing and breathe in the clean, forest air. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable set of furniture.
The cottage includes a sauna. At the guests' disposal we leave a grill with all the accessories, three children's bikes, a boat with oars, a kayak and life jackets. Additionally, in the cottage we will find a travel cot for a baby or a highchair.
There are public parking spaces in front of the cottage.
Dom Nad Jeziorem is located directly on the shoreline of Lake Naterskie in Tomaszkowo (near Olsztyn). Guests have access to a private beach with a pier located right next to the facility. While enjoying the peace and quiet of the forest, we don't have to give up entertainment - there are many attractions nearby, such as: a golf course, a horse farm, a restaurant and more.

The waste segregation container is located in the cottage, and the bags are on stands by the garbage shelter.
In the event of lack of segregation, an additional fee of PLN 150 will be charged.
A refundable deposit in the form of a pre-authorization on a credit/debit card in the amount of PLN 500 should be added to the price of your stay.
