Houseboat Modern 1 is an extremely unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children. It is moored on the water and can accommodate 6 people, including a maximum of 4 adults. Guests have two separate bedrooms at their disposal, one of which has a large double bed, and the other a bunk bed. The stylish living room has a sofa bed and a TV with the Smart function, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning will ensure a comfortable stay in the summer. Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower.
The biggest advantage of the houseboat is the terrace, from which you can enjoy the view of the calm Motława River with your morning coffee or evening drink. Guests also have a grill at their disposal. The terrace doors of one of the bedrooms lead to the entrance to the roof, where you can relax and sunbathe on a lounger.

Our houseboat is located in the Gdańsk marina, on the Motława River - right next to the Stągiewny Bridge and on the extension of Szafarnia Street. Despite its proximity to the biggest attractions of the Old Town of Gdańsk, the location is quiet and peaceful. In the area you will find various restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and walking paths. The nearby streets delight with historical buildings and monuments. The excellent location will satisfy the most demanding tourist.
