The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned at the end of 2020. Letnica is a dynamically developing district of Gdańsk. Its immediate vicinity is the Gdańsk Stadium with the Fun Arena, offering combustion go-karts, bungee, escape rooms and a playground for children. Access to the Old Town is much easier thanks to the Tunnel under the Martwa Wisła River. The apartment is also close to the most popular beach in Gdańsk - Brzeźno.
