Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, good-smelling gel, hair conditioner and body balm. Our guests' stay will also be made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a package of tea, coffee and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 19 is an apartment with soul. Above average and comfortably furnished. The apartment is the perfect choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 4 people. Despite its small size, it measures 40 m2 and will meet the requirements of the most demanding customers. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The living room is connected to the kitchenette, equipped with a fold-out sofa and a TV with the SMART function. There is also a bathroom with a comfortable shower.
The Nadmotławie 19 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its period of revitalization, on the way to the Old Town we will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym and sauna. Use of the zone is included in the apartment price.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry to cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of places in the garage is limited and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5/hour, PLN 40/day.
