Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Guests are also welcomed with a welcome pack containing tea, coffee, and basic spices to enhance their stay.
Nadmotławie 69 is a very good choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a family of 2+1 or a couple. Although the apartment is small, at 29m2, it comfortably accommodates up to 3 people. The layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed 160 cm wide, a TV right next to it, and nearby a small sofa with a sleeping function. In this compact space, there is room for a table with chairs that provide comfort during breakfast. Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, which has everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a balcony.
The Nadmotławie 69 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization period, along the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows entry for cars up to 2 meters in height. The garage also accommodates cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
