Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standard with the functionality of a private apartment. Nadmotławie 97 is the ideal choice for a very romantic and very comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. The apartment, despite its small size of 30m2, meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in place. A comfortable, large bed. Opposite it, a large SMART TV. In this small space, there is room for a table that provides comfort during breakfast or any other meal. Food preparation is enabled by a fully equipped kitchenette, containing all necessities for a multi-day stay. A separate room is the bathroom, equipped with a shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture. The balcony is an ideal place for morning coffee and an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie 97 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, beyond its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal zone — consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.
The building also has an underground parking garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces is limited and their availability is unfortunately uncontrollable. The cost of renting a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
