Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. A pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each guest is a standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests are also greeted with a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie B12 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a 3-person family or couple. The apartment, despite its small size, measuring 30m2, will meet the demands of the most discerning guests. The living room is equipped with a comfortable and stylish sofa and a TV with SMART functionality. A separate room serves as a well-equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer and tools facilitate meal preparation. The bedroom is equipped with a bed measuring 160 centimeters and a large wardrobe. The bathroom features a comfortable shower. 

The Nadmotławie B12 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization phase, the view of the river, yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, aside from its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared zone of the building — consisting of a playroom for children and a gym. Use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage hall, which allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The cost of renting a space in the hall is 5 pln/hour, 40 pln/day.
