It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town we will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, the marina and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Using the area is included in the price of the apartment.
