The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. In addition, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. The stay is also made more enjoyable for our guests by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
The Nadmotławie C3 apartment is an exceptionally spacious apartment for four people, where comfort meets elegance. It offers convenience and functionality for each occupant. The harmony of space, stylish interiors, and functionality create a unique atmosphere of homely warmth.
The large living room is the heart of this place, with a comfortable fold-out sofa and a dining area creating an ideal zone for relaxation and shared meals. The living room adjoins a modern kitchenette, equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious dishes and enjoying them in company. The bedroom is decorated in a charming style, with a comfortable double bed as the central element. A large wardrobe provides ample space for storing clothes and personal items, ensuring order throughout the room. The bathroom impresses with modern design and functionality. A comfortable bathtub is the perfect place for a relaxing bath after a day full of experiences.
The terrace is an ideal place for morning coffee, relaxing reading, or evening meetings at sunset.
The Nadmotławie C3 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes on foot from the Old Town. Although the apartment's surroundings are just beginning their revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses will constantly accompany us.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
