Nadmotławie Estate 167 will be perfect for a family stay or a romantic trip. It is designed for a maximum of 4 adults. In the air-conditioned living room you will find a sofa bed and a large TV. The bedroom part has a large double bed and a place to work. A properly equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a meal. Of course, there was also a bathroom with a toilet and a nice bathtub. An additional space is a terrace.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in 2023. It is located next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next to it, on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find various restaurants, shops and service outlets. There is a pleasant, green terrace on the premises. A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom and an additional paid sauna.
