Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, good-smelling gel, hair conditioner and body balm. Our guests' stay will also be made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a package of tea, coffee and basic spices.
Nadmotławie Estate 190 is perfect for a family stay or a romantic trip. It is intended for a maximum of 4 adults. The stylish living room has a fold-out sofa and a large TV. The pleasant bedroom has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare any meal. There was, of course, a bathroom with a toilet, washing machine and a spacious shower.
Additional space is provided by a balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.
The apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in 2023. It is located next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next to it, on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find various restaurants, shops and service outlets. There is a pleasant, green terrace on the premises. A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom and a sauna.
