Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, good-smelling gel, hair conditioner and body balm. Our guests' stay will also be made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a package of tea, coffee and basic spices.

Nowa Motława SPA 21 is a wonderful apartment that will appeal to everyone. It is spacious, bright, well-equipped and interestingly arranged. It stands out for its wonderful location and even better view of the river. The apartment is intended for a maximum of 5 people. We have prepared three separate rooms at their disposal. The main bedroom is equipped with a large and comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has a sofa bed. This room is a kind of extension of the living room. Even though we can close it completely at night, during the day it is an ideal place to spend time with family or a group of friends. An additional place to sleep is a sofa in the living room connected to a well-equipped kitchenette. Of course, there is a bathroom in the apartment. Additional space is a utility room with a washing machine and a balcony. The apartment also comes with a parking space in the underground garage.
A few floors below the apartment there is a SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, sauna and gym. Using it is subject to an additional fee and is subject to availability.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building opened a few years ago. The entire investment is located on Granary Island, which is experiencing a real revival. Nice restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river and proximity to the Old Town are its greatest advantages.
