Waterlane SPA A7 is a family, stylish apartment located in a very modern apartment building located right next to the river. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 8-person family or group of friends. The 105-meter apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, bathtub and washing machine, a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchenette. Additional space is provided by a large balcony with lounge furniture.
The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 1.5 m in height.
