The use of the common area is included in the rental price. The building is located in a very prestigious location, right next to the historic Old Town, the Motława River and the yacht marina. On the ground floor of the building you will find various restaurants, a cafe and shops. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are all the most important attractions of Gdańsk.
The equipment of this extremely pleasant apartment makes it suitable for a romantic stay for two, a family stay for up to two adults and four children or a group of friends. The 60-meter apartment consists of a living room with two sofa beds and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the river and the tourist part of the city.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is intended for cars weighing a maximum of 2 tons and measuring up to 1.9 meters in height.
