Its greatest advantages are a comfortable living room with a properly equipped kitchenette, a pleasant bedroom with a comfortable bed, a balcony with furniture and a bathroom with a large enough shower. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people, but it will provide full comfort for a couple or a family with a child.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is intended for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions up to 5 meters long and up to 1.65 meters high.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Waterlane apartment building, opened a few years ago, whose great advantage is the SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi. The use of the common area is included in the rental price. Availability depends on the number of places available. The building is located in a very prestigious location, right next to the historic Old Town, the Motława River and the yacht marina.
