The apartment covers an area of 69 square meters, is comfortably furnished, has a beautiful, soothing view, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. Guests have at their disposal 3 separate rooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a sofa. The living room has a sofa bed, a TV, and is connected to a fully equipped kitchen area and dining space. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an additional toilet. A unique space is the balcony with a view of the surrounding greenery.
The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a modern, prestigious apartment building Tarasy Bałtyku situated at a short distance from the sea, just a 10-minute walk away to reach the beautiful, sandy Gdańsk beach. The building is directly next to President Ronald Reagan Park, an ideal place for bike rides and long walks. Nearby, you will find all kinds of shops and the Przymorze Shopping Gallery, and within the building is the Whiskey On The Rocks restaurant — a iconic spot on Gdańsk’s map serving American cuisine and beyond.
