The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standard with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. A welcome set including a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices also enhances the stay for our guests.
Chlebova 4.05 is a cozy apartment for three people, where elegance meets comfort to create the perfect place for relaxation and rest. The entrance welcomes you with a warm atmosphere and a carefully designed interior.
The living room, illuminated by natural light, offers a cozy place to relax. The tastefully composed decor includes a non-expandable sofa with a sleeping function, also perfect for relaxing while watching a television with access to various channels. Thanks to air conditioning, we can adjust the temperature to personal preferences, ensuring freshness even on the hottest days.
The kitchenette adjoining the living room is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, making cooking a true pleasure. The cozy dining table, ideal for shared meals, is the central spot in the apartment where one can enjoy delicious food and pleasant conversations.
The bedroom with a comfortable double bed invites relaxation after a day full of experiences. The built-in wardrobe stores all clothes, keeping the sleeping area tidy and neat.
The bathroom with a shower is a place of relaxation and comfort. Modern equipment and careful details create a luxurious atmosphere, allowing daily care in exceptional style.
The balcony, from which there is a fantastic view of the Motława River, is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located in a modern building, put into use in 2022. The building is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, right next to the Motława River and one of Gdańsk’s popular attractions — the Museum of the Second World War. The area features many restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared common area consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and workspace. To emphasize the uniqueness of the location, a rooftop terrace is at guests’ disposal. It offers a captivating view of: the Main City, ships sailing on the Motława, Granary Island, and the Port. Use of these additional areas is included in the apartment price.
