The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in 2022. The building is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, right next to the Motława River and one of Gdańsk's more popular attractions — the World War II Museum. There are many restaurants, cafés, and a grocery store in the area.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area consisting of a children's playroom, gym, workspace, and a rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the river and the Gdańsk Shipyard. Use of the additional zones is included in the apartment price.
