ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Deo Plaza 503A is a unique 46m2 apartment located directly on the banks of the Motława River – an ideal option for those who appreciate elegance, comfort, and unparalleled views. Large windows fill the interior with natural light, and the panorama of the river and historic buildings of Gdańsk enchants at any time of day. The apartment’s interior is maintained in a modern, hotel style, dominated by light colors, soft fabrics, and subtle golden accents that give the space a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere.

• The central point of the apartment is a comfortable double bed with a high-quality mattress, ensuring excellent rest. Opposite it is an elegant, fold-out sofa that can serve as additional sleeping space. The setup is completed by a Smart TV, allowing relaxation after a day full of experiences.
• ​An undeniable advantage of the apartment is the private balcony with a view of the Motława River – a perfect spot for morning coffee, a moment of relaxation, or an evening glass of wine in a unique setting.
  
• Kitchenette fits harmoniously into the apartment space and is fully equipped – guests have at their disposal a induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. Preparing breakfast or aromatic coffee with a view of the Motława becomes a pure pleasure. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is provided.
• The modern bathroom impresses with its minimalist design and functionality. A spacious shower, hotel towels, hairdryer, and a set of toiletries ensure full comfort during the stay.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The apartment is air-conditioned.

Guests have access to a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required and must be made along with payment at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool is limited to 35 people, with priority given to Radisson Hotel guests.

If interested in renting a parking space for 100 PLN/day, please contact us at +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. Renting a private parking spot depends on availability. The height limit for entry to the parking garage is 1.9m.

LOCATION

The apartment Deo Plaza 503A is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles old granaries in appearance. It is situated right on the Motława River, near Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here you will find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” where restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E. Wedel” café are located.

Thanks to its location in the city center, our guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please note that at night typical downtown noises may occur.
