ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Granaria A206 is a spacious, comfortable studio apartment that combines elegant décor with full functionality, creating the perfect conditions for rest or remote work. Full comfort is guaranteed here for two people, for whom a carefully arranged, cozy space has been prepared.

• The apartment consists of a cozy sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, equipped with high-quality bedding and decorative pillows. The subdued color scheme of the interior and carefully chosen accessories ensure an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. Opposite the bed, there is a desk and a flat-screen TV, allowing for both comfortable work and evening relaxation with a favorite movie.
  
• The apartment has a spacious balcony with a set of outdoor furniture, offering a view of the inner courtyard surrounded by modern buildings. It's a perfect place to relax after a day full of experiences.
• The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette where guests will find everything necessary for self-catering: hotplate, kettle, a set of pots, plates, and cutlery. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices has been prepared. The dining area is arranged by large balcony windows – an ideal place for morning coffee with a view of the green, quiet courtyard. 
  
• Guests also have a private bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Modern lighting and high-quality fixtures enhance the comfort of use. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries – shower gel, shampoo, and soap have been prepared for guests.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

There is an underground paid parking hall "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour) in the building, with availability of spaces depending solely on the parking operator.

​Next door to the building there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA area and massage and jacuzzi for a fee of 150 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which must be made and paid for at the reception desk of Prana SPA at the Radisson hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic tenement houses of the Old Town, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting spot club SASSY. 

Due to renovation works nearby, some noise disturbances may occur. We apologize for the inconvenience.
