Granaria A609 is a spacious, two-level apartment located in the very heart of Gdańsk, within a prestigious development on Spichrzów Island. It has been designed with comfort and convenience for 6 people in mind, making it perfect for family holidays as well as stays with friends. 

The bright living room impresses with high sloped ceilings and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. A comfortable sofa bed and a minimalist coffee table create the perfect place to relax. The kitchenette with an industrial touch in the form of a brick wall is equipped with modern appliances and practical cabinets, and next to it is a dining area with an elegant table and chairs.

On the upper floor, there are two separate, cozy bedrooms – each with a large double bed, spacious wardrobes, and storage space. Thanks to the proper arrangement of the rooms, guests can enjoy privacy and a peaceful sleep.

The exceptionally elegant bathroom is decorated in shades of gray and black, using high-quality materials. A spacious rain shower cabin, enclosed toilet, and a roomy cabinet with a sink provide both comfort and aesthetics.

In the neighboring building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, as well as a jacuzzi available for 150 PLN/1.5 hours. Prior reservation is required and must be made along with payment at the Prana SPA reception in the Radisson hotel.

​An underground paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour) operates in the building (availability of spaces depends solely on the parking operator).​

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern apartment building opened in 2024, which is part of the most significant investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Exiting the building leads to pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town townhouses, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting place, the SASSY club.
