Granaria B10 is a complete apartment! It has everything needed for a comfortable life and a very successful vacation. Stylish finish, unique view, functional equipment, best location, suitable space. The 68-square-meter apartment guarantees a comfortable stay for 6 people, who can enjoy a spacious living room combined with a properly equipped kitchenette, two separate bedrooms equipped with comfortable double beds, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and an additional toilet. An exceptional space is the intimate balcony, from which there is an amazing view of the Motława River and beautiful historic Old Town townhouses.
The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage. The space is additionally paid for and costs 80 PLN/day.
Guests have at their disposal in the neighboring building a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, and jacuzzi for 150 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which must be made together with payment at the reception of the Deo Plaza building.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building opened in 2020, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The location of the apartment is one of a kind. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town townhouses, and the historic Żuraw crane.
