At Downtown Apartments, we know perfectly well what it means to combine the best location with comfortable relaxation. A perfect example of this is our new apartment Granaria B601, located on the historic Granaries Island – in the very heart of Gdańsk.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Granaria B601 is designed with comfort and convenience for 6 people in mind, making it perfect for both family holidays and stays with friends.

• On the first level there is a cozy living room with a large roof window providing natural light and a view of the surroundings. Here you will find a comfortable, fold-out sofa that can serve as an extra sleeping place for two people.
  
  
• In the same space, there is a modern kitchenette – fully equipped with essential appliances (hob, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, dishes), allowing comfortable meal preparation. Guests also have at their disposal a round dining table, ideal for shared meals or working on a laptop. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
  
  
• From the living room, stairs lead to the upper floor where there are two separate bedrooms. Each is equipped with a large, comfortable double bed ensuring a peaceful and restorative sleep. The bedrooms have hotel-style open wardrobes.
  
  
• The apartment has two bathrooms – one on the ground floor, the other upstairs. Both are modern, tidy, and equipped with showers, which definitely increases the comfort of the stay, especially with more guests. On site, you will find hotel towels and a basic cosmetic set – shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, and soap.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

Next door there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, and a jacuzzi available for 150 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, to be made together with payment at the Prana SPA reception in the Radisson hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern apartment building opened in 2024, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. A river, historic Old Town townhouses, and the historic Żuraw Crane. On the ground floor, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting spot, the SASSY club.
