Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, there is a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, delicately scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Grano Residence 1 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the edge of Gdańsk's Old Town. Exceptionally spacious, 43 square meters guarantees a successful stay for two and a maximum of four people. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, TV, workspace, and a spacious wardrobe, a pleasant living room with a fold-out sofa, TV, connected to a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. An additional space is the terrace.
The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building, completed at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Due to its proximity to the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA area consisting of a swimming pool, gym, and massage area. Usage is additionally charged and depends on availability.
The building is located on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, right at the edge of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, visually appealing apartment buildings, access to the river, and closeness to the Old Town are direct neighbors of the building.
Due to construction works near the building, some apartments may be affected by noise. We apologize for the inconvenience.
