Grano Residence 124 is a pleasant and well-equipped apartment. It guarantees a comfortable stay for four people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment.
In the spacious living room there is a fold-out sofa with a large TV, and a properly equipped kitchenette allows for meal preparation. The bedroom houses a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Of course, there is a stylish bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washing machine.
An additional space is provided by a cozy balcony — a place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The building is located on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. It is situated just above the Motława River, in close proximity to Chmielna Street and the Ołowianka Island. Here you will find restaurants offering cuisine from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music can often be heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” where restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E. Wedel” café are located. Thanks to the hotel's proximity, it is possible to use the hotel’s SPA area consisting of a pool, gym, and massage zone. Use of these facilities is additionally charged and depends on availability.
