A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a workspace, a pleasant living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony - an ideal place for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel's SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, gym, and massage area. Use of the spa is additionally charged and subject to availability.

The building is located on Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are the direct surroundings of the building.
