The Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of the highest hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests' stay is also made more enjoyable by a welcome set consisting of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Houseboat Modern 1 is an exceptionally unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children. It is moored on the water and can accommodate 6 people, including up to 4 adults. There are two separate bedrooms available for guests, one with a large double bed, and the other with a bunk bed. The stylish living room includes a fold-out sofa and a Smart TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. A climate control system ensures a comfortable stay during summer. Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower.
The greatest advantage of the houseboat is the terrace, from which, while enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink, you can delight in the view of the calm Motława River. Guests also have access to a grill. The terrace doors of one of the bedrooms lead to the roof entrance, where you can relax lying on a deck chair.
A sauna is available for Guests and its use is included in the price.
Our houseboat is located at the Gdańsk marina, on the Motława River - right by the Stągiewny Bridge and at the extension of Szafarnia Street. Although close to the major attractions of Gdańsk’s Old Town, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The area offers various restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, and walking paths. The nearby streets impress with their historic buildings and monuments. The excellent location will satisfy even the most demanding tourist.
