The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set including a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Houseboat Modern 1 is an extremely unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children. It is moored on the water and accommodates 6 people, including up to 4 adults. Guests have at their disposal two separate bedrooms, one of which features a large double bed and the other a bunk bed. In the stylish living room there is a fold-out sofa, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Comfortable summer stays are ensured by air conditioning. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower.

The biggest advantage of the houseboat is the terrace, from which you can enjoy the view of the peaceful Motława River while having your morning coffee or evening drink. Guests can also use the grill. The terrace doors of one of the bedrooms lead to the roof entrance, where you can relax sunbathing on a deck chair.

A sauna is available for Guests. Its use is included in the price.

Our houseboat is located at the Gdańsk marina, on the Motława River - right by the Stągiewny Bridge and at the extension of Szafarnia Street. The location, despite its proximity to the main attractions of Gdańsk's Old Town, is a quiet and peaceful place. In the area, you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, and walking paths. Nearby streets are charming with historical buildings and monuments. The excellent location will satisfy the most demanding tourist.
