Letnica 54 is a comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped apartment. The 40 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for two and up to four people. The apartment includes a comfortable bedroom, a pleasant living room combined with a properly equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower. An additional space is provided by the balcony.

The apartment also has a parking space in the underground garage.

It is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building opened at the end of 2020. Letnica is a rapidly developing district of Gdańsk. Its immediate vicinity includes the Gdańsk Stadium with Fun Arena, offering gas-powered go-karts, bungee jumping, escape rooms, and a playground for children. Access to the Old Town is made easier by the tunnel under the Martwa Wisła river. The apartment is also a short distance from the most popular Gdańsk beach - Brzeźno.
