Letnica Towers 53 is a comfortable, spacious and well-equipped apartment. 59 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for up to six people. The apartment includes two bedrooms, a pleasant living room connected to a well-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony with a view overlooking the Baltic Sea and the Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk.

The apartment also includes a parking space on a platform in the underground garage with a maximum height of 1.5 m.

The apartment is located on the 13th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in 2021. Letnica is a rapidly developing district of Gdańsk. Its immediate vicinity includes the Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk along with Fun Arena, offering petrol go-karts, bungee, padbol and padel, escape rooms, and a playground for children. Access to the Old Town is definitely facilitated by the tunnel under the Martwa Wisła River. The apartment is also a short distance from Gdańsk's most popular Brzeźno beach.
