The Nadmotławie 10 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG systems.
