Relaxation is ensured by a large, comfortable double bed, opposite which is a large television. In this space, you can also find a wardrobe. A fully equipped kitchenette provides everything needed to prepare any meal. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower.

Relaxing with your morning coffee or an evening drink is possible on a private balcony.

The Nadmotławie 100 Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated just next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town there will continuously be a view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenements.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared zone of the building - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
