The Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of the highest hotel standard with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Guests’ stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 102 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. Although the apartment is small, measuring 28m2, it meets the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV, and a fold-out sofa. In this small space, there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is enabled by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a several-day stay.
The Nadmotławie 102 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is located right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town, you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows cars equipped with LPG systems to enter. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The rental cost for a parking spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
