Despite its small size of 28m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. A feature that definitely distinguishes it is the outdoor space. The additional usable space consists of a winter garden with an area of 9m2 and a terrace that is one meter smaller. The first of the rooms is perfect for family breakfasts, lunches, or dinners. The second is a play area for the youngest as well as the perfect spot for lounging for slightly older guests. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and its layout makes everything in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a TV with SMART function and a fold-out sofa.
The apartment Nadmotławie 114 is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just starting its revitalization period, along the way to the Old Town we will continuously be accompanied by the sight of the river, the marina, and the tenements of the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and a sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows vehicles equipped with an LPG system to enter. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
