The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel quality and the functionality of your own home. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Nadmotławie 114 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for couples or a family with a child. However, it can accommodate up to 3 adults or a 2+2 family. Despite its modest size, the apartment has 28m2 and meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. A feature that definitely distinguishes it is the outdoor space. Additional usable space includes a winter garden of 9m2 and a terrace one meter smaller. The first room is perfect for family breakfasts, lunches, or dinners. The second provides play space for the youngest and an ideal place for lounging for the slightly older ones. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV, and a fold-out sofa.
The Nadmotławie 114 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
