Nadmotławie 118 is the ideal choice for a romantic weekend in Gdańsk for two. Although the apartment is small, only 26m2, it meets the requirements of every couple. A feature that definitely distinguishes it is the outdoor space. Additional usable space of the apartment includes a winter garden of 11m2 and a terrace of 17m2. The first space is perfect for family breakfasts, lunches, or dinners. The second is an ideal place for sunbathing for the slightly older. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and its layout ensures that everything is in its place. The sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bed and a TV with SMART function.
The Nadmotławie 118 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, marina, and the houses of the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building – consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and additionally payable sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
