The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics comprising shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. A welcome kit with a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices also enhances the stay for our Guests.
Nadmotławie 119 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for couples or a family of 2+2. Despite its small size, the apartment measures 30m2 and meets the requirements of the most demanding. It is fully air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed (or two singles), next to which is a SMART TV and a sofa bed opposite. In this well-planned space, there is also a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and every other meal. Food preparation is made possible with a fully equipped kitchenette, containing everything needed for a multi-day stay. An additional space is provided by a sizable balcony, offering views of the famous Gdańsk Shipyard cranes and the Motława River.
The Nadmotławie 119 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is located right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes on foot from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, along the way to the Old Town, you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and an extra-charge sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, allowing cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
