Nadmotławie 124 is an apartment perfectly fitting the saying that beauty lies in simplicity. An ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. Despite its modest size of 29m2, the apartment will meet the demands of the most discerning guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything has its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV, and a fold-out sofa. In this small space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Meal preparation is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette, containing everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a sizable balcony, offering views of the famous Gdańsk Shipyard cranes and the Motława River. The balcony is furnished with a comfortable sofa, which is an ideal place to watch the sunset. A warm blanket is guaranteed!
The Nadmotławie 124 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, the route to the Old Town is constantly accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also accepts cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
