Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Nadmotławie 126 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people or a family with a child. Despite its small size, the apartment has 28m2 and will meet the requirements of the most demanding. It is fully air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. Comfortable double bed (or two single beds), next to it a SMART TV, and a fold-out sofa opposite. In this small space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a fairly large balcony with a view of the famous Gdańsk Shipyard cranes and the Motława River.
The Nadmotławie 126 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment's neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately uncontrollable. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
