Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. In addition, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 13 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for couples or a family with a child. Despite its small size of 30m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV and a sofa bed (dimensions 100x170cm). In this small space, there is also room for a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is enabled by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days.
The Nadmotławie 13 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment’s neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and historic Old Town tenements.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared zone consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, allowing vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also accommodates cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces is limited and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
