The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standard and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. A welcome set of tea, coffee, and basic spices also enhances our Guests' stay.
Nadmotławie 134 is an ideal choice for a romantic, extremely comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. Ceilings over 3 meters high add extra comfort. The apartment layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable, large bed, opposite which is a suitably sized SMART TV. In this small space, there is also a table with chairs, providing comfort during breakfast. Preparing meals is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, which has everything needed for a stay of several days. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a balcony.
The Nadmotławie 134 apartment is located on the top floor, the 5th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes on foot from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The parking garage also accepts cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
