The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Nadmotławie 138 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people or a family of 2+1. Although the apartment is small, with 30m2, it will satisfy the most demanding requirements. It is comfortably furnished. The apartment's layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, a SMART TV, and a fold-out sofa opposite. In this well-planned space, there is a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is enabled by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything necessary for a multi-day stay. An additional space is a fairly large balcony, from which you can see the famous Gdańsk Shipyard cranes and the Motława River.
The Nadmotławie 138 Apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym, and an additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
