The Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 139 is an ideal choice for a very romantic weekend in Gdańsk for two. Despite its small size, the apartment, measuring 30m2, meets the demands of the most discerning. It is comfortably furnished, and the apartment layout ensures everything is in its place. A sofa bed, opposite it a SMART TV. In this small space, there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a several-day stay. Additional space is provided by a large balcony connected to the English garden. The balcony is furnished with balcony furniture.
The Nadmotławie 139 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is situated just next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, the view of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town tenements will continuously accompany you on the way to the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area – consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
